Remembering the little things.


So far, I have stuck to just drinking water at night, and today, being the beginning of a new week, I have also started with the ‘no chocolate/sweets etc until the weekend’ thing too.  And I was good about using far less butter when I had bread with my soup at lunch.  I want to learn that I can be in control of things around myself, rather than passively letting things happen, and then reacting.
