That’s how I feel today – OK. Not great, not dreadful. Headache, as per usual. Slept fairly well. 5/10. What do I need? Painkillers.

Things I need to do today – clear out elderly, rotting fruit from fruit bowl, marinate chicken for teriyaki, make shopping list, sort out returning book to amazon (due to over-eager ordering finger I now have two copies of the same book – sigh), drive No1 son through bedroom-tidying process, maybe do some cleaning and tidying. Things from that list I feel like doing – none of them.

So I will go and take some painkillers, sit in the conservatory for a while with my book, and maybe listen to some music and do some mindfulness meditation.
